- **No returns** — sales are final once collected or shipped.
- **Payment**: MobilePay, bank transfer, cash. No prepayment — paid on collection or delivery.

  - Greater Copenhagen kerbside delivery: 350 DKK
  - Pickup in Glostrup: free
  - Worldwide shipping via local shipper: contact for quote (typical range 500–5000 DKK)
